An open communication link will be established internally with our head office located in Mississauga. This will be done through our Operations Manager and Resident Supervisor, and our main contact person from your building management. The general daily communications will revolve around a very competent and highly trained Resident Supervisor. This individual will attend each day coordinating all requests, ensuring completion of cleaning schedules, set up daily programs for the housekeeping staff, handling spontaneous needs, and consulting with your defined representative.
Matters arising during any given period that require senior management input from SUPER SHINE JANITORIAL SERVICES LIMITED, will be attended to either immediately or at a scheduled monthly meeting with your defined representative and reports submitted for your perusal.
